The 5 Tenets of Dog Karate

Any form of art has its own rules or absence of rules that define it. The techniques that we teach here at The Wilson the Dog Karate Institute are no different. We teach according to the 5 tenets handed down from generation to generation and are as follows:

1. Sneakiness- a karate master much be able to stealthily approach an adversary

2. Disguises- when sneakiness isn't able to be used a disguise will allow you closer access to your target

3. Sparring- without practice you will never be ready for the battles

4. Guarding- as a dog our top priority is guarding our people and their children

5. Diet- you are what you eat

Look through the blog to see posts focusing on each of the tenets. If you have any questions or need further instruction just let me know!

Arigato,
Sensei Wilson
